What is a hard seltzer?
A Hard Seltzer is an alcoholic beverage made of sparkling water (seltzer), alcohol and flavored with fruit extract and aromas. It’s also known as Hard Soda, Spiked Soda or Spiked Seltzer. Most brands spike it with vodka but Swedish Stories has opted for a smoother alcohol base from apple wine. This removes the aftertaste hard liquor can generate.
